<p>PURPOSE:To enable a driver to make sure of an extreme point position with ease only when required in a simple manner by configurating a device in such a manner that a point indicating unit is provided in a cabin, and an image of a point mark is formed and indicated in the vicinity of front ends of a vehicle by an optical indicating means. CONSTITUTION:A point mark indicating unit 2 is composed of an indicating plate 21 which has a point mark 22a of a semitransparent pattern, a lamp 23, and of a case 24. In addition, following items are also provided: a switch 3 for turning on or off the lamp 23, and a front glass 4 which functions as a combiner. And each of plane mirrors 1a through 1c is arranged in such a way that a light reflected from a point D on the front glass 4 comes into a driver's eye E after the light emitted from the indicating unit 2 has been reflectedby each of points A through C on the plural number of plane mirrors 1a through 1c. And the position and direction of the plane mirrors 1c is set so that the point D on the front glass 4 lies on a straight line which connects the above said point E with a front side point of the vehicle.</p> |
