<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a surface roughened film and sheet capable of smoothly performing a process for roughening the surface of a resin in molding a single surface metal laminated plate constituting a multilayered PWB, by applying roughening processing of specific roughness to the surface of a resin. CONSTITUTION:A film or sheet is molded from PMP and roughening processing imparting average roughness of 0.5-10mum is applied to the PMP film or sheet to obtain a surface roughened film or sheet. If 0.5mum or less, there if no effect enlarging a surface area and the improvement effect of the adhesive strength of a resin after curing with a prepreg and, if 10mum is exceeded, the adhesive strength of the resin after curing with the PMP film becomes too high and there is possiblility such that the PMP film is ruptured or partially remains on the surface of the cured resin at the time of release. Further, a small amount of a filler such as CaCO3, silica, mica, BaSO4 or talc may be added to PMP used in preparing this film or sheet even if tear strength is not lowered. If this filler is added, unevenness due to the filler is formed to the surface of the film to increase adhesive strength.</p> |
