<p>PURPOSE:To automate an inspection by providing the TV camera to pickup a marked number, to arrange a character collating unit as well and to control the start of welding stage by collating the pickup number and command number in succession. CONSTITUTION:The TV camera 20, 20a to pickup a chassis number and control number respectively is provided and the character collating unit 23 having a character collating part 31 and interface 24 is arranged as well. The camera 20 picks up the image of the chassis number, camera 20a picks up the control number and they are inputted respectively to the character collating part 31 via control number recognizing part 30, 30a. In this case, the confirmation of the chassis number and control number, etc. is performed automatically by collating the pickup number and command number via the memories 37, 37a of the interface 24 and character collating part 31. The inspection is automated with this method.</p> |
