摘要 PURPOSE:To raise the thermal efficiency of the whole of a plant, and lengthen a life of this plant, by connecting a high pressure turbine by-path device which is equipped with a regulator between the high pressure steam pipe of an exhaust heat recovery boiler, and a low pressure steam header. CONSTITUTION:A multi-shaft type combined cycle electric power plant is equipped with plural gas turbine devices 1, 1', plural exhaust heat recovery boilers 2, 2', one steam turbine device 9, one high pressure steam header 5b and one low pressure steam header 5a. Regulators 15, 15' are set between high pressure steam pipes 4b, 4'b of the exhaust heat recovery boilers 2, 2', and the low pressure steam header 5a. In this way, high pressure steam 3b used to be exhausted to a condenser 9c in an old type electric power plant, can be fed to the steam turbine 9a in this new type electric power plant, and consequently, the thermal efficiency of the whole of the plant is raised. In addition, a life of the condenser 9c is lengthened because the high pressure steam is not exhausted to this condenser 9c.
