PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting seal member not impairing the appearance when pulled by increasing the force following after a rear door panel. SOLUTION: This parting seal member 20 is equipped with a mounting base 21 having an approx. L-shaped cross-section mounted along an approx. L-shaped part 2a formed at the forefront of a rear door panel 2, a hollow seal part 22 formed integrally at both ends of the base 21 and contacting resiliently with the tail of a front foor panel 1 to seal the gap between the doors, and ridge lips 23 and 24 installed facing the rear door panel 2 at the two ends of the base 21. A lip piece 25 is protrudingly provided at the corner of the base 21 toward the contacting surface with the rear door panel 2. |
