This method relates to the final processing of the hole of the plate which is tapered. The drill (4) which has the blades (4a) and is not rotated by the collect chuck(3) is attached to the spindle(2), and the spindle and the press bar(5) are attached to the attachment(1). When the attachment is descended, the drill is penetrated into the hole and processes the tapered hole. After this process, the attachment is ascended, and the drill is taken out. At this time the plate(8) is not risen because of the force of the press bar. The effect of this method is that the inner surface of the hole is very smooth.
