PURPOSE:To reduce the size and thickness of a wrist watch which fits to a wrist well by forming a cut and corrugation in a patterned flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display element 7, pattern 9, integrated circuit 11, crystal oscillator 13, etc., are arranged dispersedly on the flexible substrate 8 of the band 5 made of flexible resin integrally with a case. Corrugation 8A and a cut part 8B are formed at a coupling part of watch components mounted on the substrate 8 to obtain the degree of freedom to the expansion and contraction of the band, and a projection 15A is provided to a back band 15 to position electronic parts and prevent the back band 15 from shifting in position. Therefore, the degree of freedom of watch component arrangement is increased and difference in expansion and contraction between the band 5 and substrate 8 is absorbed by the corrugation, etc., to reduce the size and thickness of the wrist watch. |
