PURPOSE:To ensure the stability of mirror alignment of resonators by forming one of the supporting parts in two positions which support a frame by a spherical surface bearing structure and forming another one by a fitting structure, thereby moving this supporting part only back and forward in axial direction of a laser tube. CONSTITUTION:This laser device is provided with a laser tube 1, resonators 2a and 2b, a frame 3, and a base casing 5 supporting the frame 3 by frame supporting parts 4a and 4b. The supporting part 4b is composed of a metallic shaft having a spherical journal 8 attached in parallel with an axis of a laser tube 1 and a spherical bearing 10 attached to the casing 5. Meanwhile, the supporting part 4a is composed of a column-form shafts 12a and 12b attached to the frame 3 in parallel with an axis of the laser tube 1 and in symmetry, and a ball bush 13 which actuates the shafts 12a and 12b attached to the box 5 only back and forward in axial direction. The shafts 12a and 12b are held by a ball bearing 14 of the bush 13 and these can move back and forward smoothly. Accordingly, the stability of mirror alignment can be ensured. |
