PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety and trustworthy key deposit system capable of allowing a person to easily get a duplicate key in an emergency case when the person loses the key and can not enter at the door, without damaging a house and asking another person to open the door. SOLUTION: In this key deposit service system, plural shops construct the same systems having the common main office by uniting with each other, each shop 2 has a key case 3 having opening and closing doors to keep the duplicate keys in this key case 3, and the shop confirms whether a person who requests to use the duplicate key is the person her/himself or not by accessing a server 5 of the main office from a terminal computer 6 of the shop in demanding by the person her/himself who leaves the key, so that the locking of the corresponding key case 3 is unlocked by a signal from the server 5 only when the person her/himself can be identified, to lend out the duplicate key.
