PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently accomplish dispensing of game media and a feeding thereof to the game machine. SOLUTION: There are arranged a game machine 10, a portable information terminal 20, an electronic game medium transmitter 30 and a management computer 40. The electronic game medium transmitter 30 is provided with a money medium accepting means 31 for accepting cash fed or accepting money media by receiving electronic money transmitted from the portable information terminal and an electronic game medium transmission means 35 for transmitting electronic game media equivalent to the value of the money media accepted by the money medium accepting means 31 to the portable information terminal 20 and the like. The management computer 40 has a management information receiving/storing means 43 for receiving and storing management information transmitted from the electronic game medium transmitter 30 and the like. The game machine 10 is provided with an electronic game medium receiving means 12 for receiving the electronic game media transmitted from the portable-information terminal 20, a game medium dispensing means 14 for dispensing game media equivalent to the quantity indicated by the received electronic game media and the like.
