摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve injection inferiority or the lowering in yield without adding a hot runner mechanism or a cold runner mechanism, by forming a plurality of sprues to the core mounted to a fixed side matrix and providing holes through which the nozzles of an injection cylinder penetrates to the parts corresponding to said sprues. CONSTITUTION:Two holes 2 are formed to the fixed side matrix 5 mounted to a fixing plate 3 and the nozzles 31 of an injection nozzles 32 are penetrated into said holes 6. The resin materials in heating cylinder main bodies 36 are transferred toward the leading ends of screws 33 while melted and kneaded and the molten resins corresponding to one shot are accumulated in gap parts 61. Subsequently, rail members 42 are moved to an injection unit side by the piston rods 46 of plunger apparatuses 35 and the screws 33 advance to the sides of the nozzles 31 and the resins are injected toward the sprues 14 of fixed side cores 10 to be injected in a cavity 13. By this method, it is unnecessary to additionally providing a hot runner mechanism or a cold runner mechanism even when a molded product having a large size is formed and the molten resin can be well injected in the cavity 13.
