PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded type indoor unit structure of air conditioner in which the number of parts and the cost can be reduced by making possible to use panel members commonly. SOLUTION: In the ceiling embedded type indoor unit structure of an air conditioner for conditioning indoor environment by cooling or heating air sucked from a room into a hear exchanger being supplied with refrigerant during conduction process, panel members 22 and 22A being mounted on the indoor ceiling have a suction grill 23 for sucking indoor air and an air outlet 31 for supplying conditioned air and an opening part 25 becoming the air outlet 31 is provided with a recess 28 to be fixed selectively with any one of a louver mechanism 32 or an air outlet cover 24.
