PURPOSE:A nonaqueous cosmetic having improved affinity for the skin, moisture feeling, adhesivity, makeup durability, etc., containing inorganic filler having the surface coated with a hydrolyzed collagen having specific average molecular weight. CONSTITUTION:A nonaqueous skin cosmetic containing 10-100wt% inorganic pigment coated with hydrolyzed collagen having 400-8,000 average molecular weight. The hydrolyzed collagen is obtained by hydrolyzing collagen protein with an acid, alkali or enzyme and the coated pigment is obtained by dispersing the inorganic pigment into an aqueous solution of the hydrolyzed collagen, drying and grinding. The amount (pickup) of the hydrolyzed collagen in the coated pigment is 1-5wt% based on the weight of the inorganic pigment. The cosmetic is used in the form of powder, cake or paste cosmetic. |
