PURPOSE:To prevent the partial peeling of pasty dough from a rotary drum in the course of baking, by baking pasty dough with a rotary baking drum having rough outer circumference surface furnished with minute protrusions having sharp tips. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference of a rotary drum 4 heated with a built-in heater is supplied with a pasty dough extruded through a flat nozzle 7 opening along the axial direction of the drum. The dough attached to the drum surface is baked and peeled off from the surface with a scraper 9 to obtain a sheet food. In the above apparatus, the outer circumferential surface of the drum 4 is made to be rough surface furnished with minute protrusions having sharp tips. The depth of the valley of the rough surface is preferably 0.2-0.01mm. |
