This mudguard comprises two end elements 1, 2 between which an intermediate element 3 is fixed in a dismantlable fashion. Means, such as hooks 12 and support guides 13, are provided for retaining the intermediate element 3 in the retracted position under one of the end elements 1, when this intermediate element 3 is dismantled.
