The present invention relates to dopamine derivatives of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which A denotes a substituted aryl radical of the structure <IMAGE> in which D denotes <IMAGE> or <IMAGE> where R4 denotes hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, CF3 or NH2 E denotes <IMAGE> or -SO2-, R1 and R2 are identical or different and denote hydrogen and C1-C5-alkyl and their acid addition salts, processes for their preparation and their use as medicaments.
