PURPOSE:To increase the stiffness against the bending and to make a structural body for a vehicle light by using a composite material which is laminated with aluminium material and fiber reinforcing resin material as a structural body for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A composite material in which fiber reinforcing resin layers 25 are formed in both a front surface and a back surface of aluminium material 24 in a structural body used in a swing arm or the like. And the aluminium material 24 has a honeycomb structure, and the fiber reinforcing resin layer 25 is constituted by reinforcing resin 25b with carbon fibers 25a.
