PURPOSE:To enable the common use of a bypass valve and a steam piping extended subsequently to the bypass valve and to enable to respond to various operation modes through a single bypass valve, by providing a switching valve, guiding steam from plural exhaust heat recovery devices to a turbine bypass valve, and switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas flowing through a gas turbine 1-1 or 1-2 enters an exhaust heat recovery device 2-1 or 2-2, and is heat-exchanged with feed water within the recovery device to generate steam. The generated steam flowing through an outlet check valve 7-1 (7-2) and an outlet stop valve 6-1 (6-2) of the exhaust heat recovery device and after the steam flows passing through the respective stop valves join each other at a steam header 11, the steam is guided to a steam turbine 3 and is processed by a condenser 4 to produce condensate again. In this constitution, check valves 10-1 and 1-2 for preventing reverse flow and inlet valves 9-1 and 9-2 of a bypass valve 5 are additionally mounted to the rear end part of the exhaust heat recovery devices 2-1 and 2-2. Further, a switching circuit 12 for outlet pressure detectors 8-1 and 8-2 and a switching logic circuit 13, adapted to control switching valve and stop valve, and additionally provided.
