PURPOSE:To stick two bases without giving effect on a center hole edge part by pressing a protecting ring to at least one center hole of the two substrates and sticking them and removing the ring. CONSTITUTION:The protecting ring 15 having elasticity and formed with a ring adhesives pool part 15-1 is pressed lightly into the center hole 11' of a protecting substrate 9'. Then they are sticked together and after an adhesives 8' is cured, a center boss 14 and the protecting ring 15 are removed. In this case, the adhesives 16' overflowed between the center boss 14 and the protecting ring 15 is removed together with the removal of the center boss 14 and the protecting ring 15. Thus, the sticking is made without the sticking of the adhesives to the edge of the center hole 11'.
