A semi-circular plate(11), in which a band knife(13) is inserted, is faced with another plate(12) which has a distance control handle(20) and a screw(19). A guide palte(15) under the plate clearence helps the delivery of cut fish. Rollers(18) are established to feed the fish to the package with a constant distance. A rotating shaft(2) is established on the bearing devices(8). A press cylinder(4) is attached on the shaft by a fixing bar(2'). An assembly of a piston which has extruded portions, a spring and a metal(7) is connected to the upper portion of the shaft by a beam(23'). A mutual movement of the shaft and driving rollers(21) push the piston(4), and the rotating knife(13) cuts the fish.
