PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of fuel consumption in accelating an automobile by selecting the speed change pattern under running at steady-state at the time of running with intermediate level accelation and transferring power from an energy device to a driving system so as to add the power to an input torque transferred from an engine. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft 1a of an engine 1 is constituted such as being capable of driving a driving ring 4 through a power branching device 2, an output shaft 3a, a multi-stage speed change gear 3, an output shaft 3b, a final reduction gear 4b and a driving shaft 4a. A branching gear 2a, which is branched from the power branching device 2, is interconnected to an energy device 7 through a gear 7a. Power of the energy device 7 is transferred to the output shaft 1a through the gears 7a, 2a or the part of power at the output shaft 1a is reversely accumulated to the energy device 7 through the gears 7a, 2a. Energy in the energy device 7 is added to the output shaft 3a by through a control device by putting in an accelating pedal 6. |
