The invention relates to a tiltable child's chair. The chair 1 is fastened to a reinforcing member 2 arched vertically and guided in a slideway towards the top and towards the bottom by means of rest supports 5 of the base frame 4, this movement being achieved by a mechanism which comprises a rotating transverse spindle 6 supported by the said frame 4 is combined in its zone intermediate with the curved reinforcing member 2 by connection rods 9, the rotation of the said spindle being limited by two opposite end positions.
