PURPOSE:To approximate the thermal expansion coefficients of a fitment and the resin and to prevent separation and cracks due to thermal expansion and contraction, by adding the resin with titanic acid potassium, in the molded product of synthetic resin consisting of the resin and the insert of a reinforcing fitment. CONSTITUTION:The insert molding of the reinforcing fitment 25 is effected by employing ABS resin 24 blended with 20-40wt% of titanic acid potassium. The titanic acid potassium is blended, therefore, the expansion coefficients of the fitment 25 and the resin 24 are approximated and separation or crack, due to temperature change, will never be generated. This product is useful as the molded product, such as an air deflecting panel attached to the air blow- off ports of a room cooling and heating machine, which is exposed to temperatures ranging from higher to lower. |
