<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a rush current to a low value at defective point removing time by temporarily reducing a turbine output simultaneously when a system defect occurs. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 6 generates an output when the voltage drop of a generator terminal voltage V detected by a detector 4 per unit time is larger than a constant K1. Similarly, a comparator 8 generates an output when the reduction of the generator output Pe detected by a detector 7 per unit time is larger than a constant K2. A comparator 9 generates an output when the initial value of the generator output Pe from a calculator 5 is larger than P1. An AND circuit takes the logic product of the outputs of the comparators 6, 8, 9, and outputs a turbine output reduction pulse signal from a pulse generator 10 by the logic product output.</p> |
