PURPOSE:To make the print output easy to see by detecting each line number in a program list inputted from an external control part and printing out this line number and program data in expression forms different from each other. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 11 which executes operation processings for various data inputted from a host computer 19 controls a ROM 14 and a RAM 15 through an address bus 12 and a data bus 13 and controls an I/O port 16 through the data bus 13. A printing mechanism driving circuit 18 which drives a printing mechanism 17 consisting of a printing head, etc. and an interface control part 20 to which the host computer 19 is connected are connected to the I/O port 16. When the program list is inputted from the host computer 19 to the I/O port 16, the CPU 11 executes the print output processing. If data inputted before a space code is specified as the line number, this line number and said data following it are printed in expression forms different from each other.
