PURPOSE:To attain simple constitution and ease of operation by connecting a terminal equipment and an interface part of an automatic outgoing trunk equipment by 2-wire and using current circulation so as to apply start stop line changeover control for automatic outgoing. CONSTITUTION:In applying power to a terminal device 7, a dial signal sending start signal 17 is sent from a control section 11 to an automatic outgoing interface section 10 and a signal is sent to a dial control interface section 15 of the automatic outgoing trunk equipment 2 via the control line 13. Then a supervisory signal 19 is sent to the dial control section 4. an opposite telephone number storage section 16 reads a preset number and makes a dial to a subscriber line 1. When the opposite party responds, a reply signal is received by a line control section 3 and a connection end signal is sent to the control section 11 via control line 14. After the response, communication is applied via a MO DEM 8.
