PURPOSE:To eliminate a bridge or rat hole phenomenon in an easy manner, by installing a spiral plate in an inner surface of the lower hopper fitly installed in a lower part of a hopper body, making it rotable, while installing each spiral plate of the specified width in an inner circumferential surface of a discharge port at more than a fixed pitch. CONSTITUTION:Powdery granules projected out of a top part of a hopper body 1 drop in a lower hopper 2, reaching to a discharge port 2a, and since each plate 11 of more than half of a diameter of an opening part in width is installed in spiral form at more than one pitch, the plate 11 serves as a gate whereby these powdery granules are not naturally discharged, and they are accumulated in the hopper. When these granules are discharged out, a motor 9 is started, and when the lower hopper 2 is rotated, these powdery granules are extruded downward by a screw conveyor function of a spiral plate 10, and simultaneously powdery granules inside the discharge port 2a also are discharged out by action of the spiral plate 11, and while rotation of the lower hopper 2 is continues, this discharge operation takes place in succession. In addition, a baffle plate 12 is installed in an inner circumferential surface of a lower end of the body 1 so that these powdery granules smoothly flow in succession, thus a bridge or rat hole phenomenon is prevented from occurring.
