PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a bell of a telephone set connected to a terminal station by inserting a simultaneous incoming prevention signal having a high polarity between the bursts of a slave station by a simultaneous incoming prevention circuit when the reception of a specific slave station is interrupted. CONSTITUTION:When a multi-direction frame signal is given from each slave station to a master station time division multi-direction synchronization circuit 1, the signal is converted into a terminal station frame signal by a frame conversion circuit 3 and given to a terminal equipment 4. In this case, when the reception of a signal from a specific slave station is interrupted, the frame signal is inhibited by a signal inhibition circuit 2 at a fault slave station and a simultaneous incoming prevention signal (b) having a high polarity and shown in figure A is inserted between the bursts of a faulty slave station by the simultaneous incoming prevention circuit 5 comprised of OR circuits. Thus, the terminal station frame signal fed from the circuit 1 to the terminal station equipment 4 is a high level signal by the signal (b) during a specific slave station faulty channel section (a) as shown in figure B so as to prevent the malfunction of the bell of the telephone set of the terminal station.
