<p>The invention relates to novel pyrrol-3-carboxylic acids having the general formula (I): (I) wherein R is CH3, n-C4H9, benzyl or o-chlorobenzyl, R1 is Cl, CH3 or OCH3, R2 is H or Cl, and R3 is H or Cl, with the proviso that when R is CH3 and R2 = R3 = H, then R1 is other than chlorine, as well as to the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof with inorganic cations and derivatives of nontoxic, pharmaceutically acceptable organic bases. The compounds of the formula (I) have central analgesic activity.</p> |
