PURPOSE:To prevent a fiber cable from deterioration even if a photosensitive infrared fiber is used by transmitting an infrared beam from one surface of a member, projecting collimated light on the opposite surface of the member to reflect the collimated light and projecting the infrared beam and the collimated light from an outgoing terminal in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:When collimated light is transmitted through fibers 3, 3a for collimated light and the collimated beams 8, 8a are projected in parallel through microlenses 21, 21a in the infrared fiber cable, the beams 8, 8a are projected straight, reflected obliquely downwards by mirrors 22, 22a, made to collide with a window material 25, and then reflected obliquely downwards. The collimated beams 8, 8a projected from the outgoing terminal of the infrared fiber 1 by the window material 25 in the same direction as an infrared beam 7 to the outside are intersected with each other in the outside to form a focus. The infrared fiber 1 is stored in a protection tube 23, its terminal part is arranged on the inside of the window material 25 and the collimated beams 8, 8a are reflected by the window material 25, the infrared fiber 1 is prevented from deterioration due to the collimated beams 8, 8a.
