PURPOSE:To make operation of a handle bar pole easier by attaching wings to the handle bar pole attached vertically swingably to the front part of a hull and utilizing lifts generated on the wings. CONSTITUTION:In a small planing vessel with a handle bar pole 3 attached vertically swingably through a pivot shaft 4 at the front part of a hull, wings 6's are attached, extending in both side directions, to the handle bar pole 3. By the effect of lifts generated during planing and acting on the wings 6's, operation of the handle bar pole 3 can be made easier.
