PURPOSE:To improve the debugging efficiency of a microprogram by dividing the processing data of operation processing to an intermediate file correctable by commands and a label file and correcting a part of an input file and the intermediate file to form an execution file. CONSTITUTION:Source data of the microprogram is inputted from an input part 1 or an input file 51, and processing is performed in an operation processing part to form the intermediate code and a label file 54. The whole or a part of an execution file 53 is formed and is loaded into a microprogram control unit 6 from an input/output control part 7 to execute the microprogram, and the result is displayed on a display part 3. If correction is necessary, the microprogram code in the microprogram control unit 6 is corrected temporarily by commands from the input part 1, and the input file 51 or an intermediate file 52 and the label file 54 are corrected in accordance with the contents of debugging correction to form the execution file 53 again.
