PURPOSE:To access plural data to one referring tag and to shorten the access time by comparing a referring tag and the tag of a tag memory by a comparing circuit and outputting the data from the data memory by an incident signal. CONSTITUTION:The tag to show the attribute of the data stored at data memories 5a-5d is stored at tag memories 4a-4d. Referring tags 1a-1d and the tag of the tag memories 4a-4d are compared by bit comparators 6b-6d which are tag comparing circuits, and when they are coincident, a coincident signal is outputted. In accordance with the coincident signal, the data of the data memories 5a-5d are selected by selectors 13b-13d, and outputted to data output latches 2a-2d. For such a reason, plural data can be accessed to one referring tag, and therefore, the access time can be shortened.
