PURPOSE:To revolve a vane wheel always in one direction independently of the direction and reversal of the water flow by arranging a pair of water introducing ports which are used as inflow and effluence ports, at the point symmetry positions with respect to the output shaft of the vane wheel. CONSTITUTION:The water flow is introduced into a casing 11 from a water introducing port 14A as shown by the arrow X, and revolves a vane wheel 13 and is discharged from a water introducing port 14B. When the water pressure on the water introducing port 14B side increases larger than that on the water introducing port 14A side, the direction of water flow changes automatically as shown by the arrows Y. Since, even if the water flow is reversed, a pair of water introducing ports 14A and 14B are arranged at the point symmetry positions with respect to the output shaft 12 of the vane wheel, the output shaft 12 of the vane wheel revolves only in a certain direction.
