The present invention relates to a loading and unloading device for a CNC lathe, which minimizes a cycle time to increase productivity. According to the present invention, the loading and unloading device for a CNC lathe comprises: a loading part (100) which moves a loading chuck in a perpendicular direction with respect to a main shaft rod to a processing chuck for transferring a workpiece clamped in the loading chuck to the processing chuck on the lathe; an unloading chuck (260) which clamps the workpiece finished with processing in the processing chuck (14); and an unloading part (200) which moves the workpiece finished with processing outwardly by reciprocally moving the unloading chuck (260) in a concentric direction with respect to the main shaft rod of the lathe. The loading part (100) achieves a stroke distance even in a narrow space by using a pair of air cylinders, and the unloading means uses a belt driven by a servomotor.
