PURPOSE:To obtain an attending feeling near to a concert hall by reproducing an input sound signal as it is by the first speaker and reproducing a phase shifted sound signal by a phase shifting device. CONSTITUTION:A right side signal incoming to a terminal 1a is supplied to a preamplifier 2a, and its output is branched into two. One is amplified by a power amplifier 3a, supplied to the first speaker 4a and reproduced as a right side main sound. The other output is supplied to a phase shifting device 5a, amplified by a power amplifier 6a, and supplied to the second speaker 7a to be outputted as a right side subordinate sound. In the phase shifting device 5a, a gain is fixed in all frequency areas. When the frequency becomes low, a phase delay quantity gradually becomes small and when the frequency becomes high, the phase delay quantity gradually becomes near to a large value.
