PURPOSE:The titled resin sheet, obtained by surface modification of at least one side of a crosslinked type polyurethane based resin sheet having self-repairing sheet by impregnation and curing of an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound and capable of improving anti-staining properties while keeping the self-repairing properties. CONSTITUTION:A surface modification crosslinked type polyurethane based resin sheet obtained by impregnating at least one side of a crosslinked type polyurethane based resin sheet, obtained by reacting (A) a polyol, consisting of a diol and a tri- or polyfunctional polyol having 0.1-0.6 equivalent ratio of the tri- or polyfunctional polyol to the diol and 70-150 average hydroxyl value and a relatively high molecular weight with (B) a substantially bifunctional chain extender and a substantially fibunctional polyisocyanate compound in an amount of 0.8-1.2 equivalents based on the total of the components (A) and (B) and having >=250% elongation and >=300kg/cm<2> breaking strength and further self-repairing properties with an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound, preferably (meth)acrylate as a composition containing a solvent, etc., and curing the impregnated sheet by irradiation with energy rays to modify the surface thereof.
