PURPOSE:A fluidity improver having improved solubility in hydrocarbon fuel oils and improved low-temperature filtering characteristics, consisting of an ester of a specific alcoholic hydroxyl group-containing nitrogen compound and a specified carboxylic acid mixture. CONSTITUTION:The aimed fluidity improver consisting of an ester of (A) an alcoholic hydroxyl group-conaining nitrogen compound [e.g., alkylamine(epoxide compound), alkylamine epoxide compound, etc.] and (B) a carboxylic acid mixture containing 20-90mol% (preferably 30-80mol%) >=18C (preferably 18-30C) straight-chain saturated fatty acid.
