PURPOSE:To form a reticle having an irregular lens-like uneven relief and diffusibility on the basis of simple aluminium anode oxidation. CONSTITUTION:An anode oxidation coat 13 is formed on the surface of an aluminium plate material 9 by anode oxidation of the material 9. The coat 13 is electrically plated to form an uneven relief 16 corresponding to the lens- like uneven part. The uneven relief formed on the surface of the plate material 9 is transferred to a metal mold by an electroforming method to form an inverted uneven relief. Then, a required lens-like uneven relief is transferred to a plastic optical material by using the metal mold to form a bright and grating- free reticle. |
