PURPOSE:To obtain the cladding sheet having strong adhesive strength by rolling a metallic sheet with its high temp. state by heating the metallic sheet at the time prior to rolling of plural metallic sheets with overlapping. CONSTITUTION:The burner 3a of a heating device 3 heats the joining part of metallic sheets W1, W2 concentratively and simultaneously heats the adhesive face of the metallic sheets W1, W2 at the front side of the joining part. The metallic sheets W1, W2 are rolled after the joining part immediately before rolling becoming in high temp. state and become the cladding sheet having strong adhesive strength. On the other hand the heating device 3 sprays a solution from coolant nozzle headers 3b, 3c, cools the face at the opposite side to the adhesive face on the metallic sheets W1, W2, that is,the lower face of the metallic sheet W2 and the upper face of the metallic sheet W1 and prevents the seize by lubricating the space between the faces thereof and the rolling rolls 1, 2. |
