PURPOSE:To perform the control of EGR with a high degree of accuracy in an electrical control device which controls the amount of fuel injection and the rate of EGR in accordance with a fuel injection desired amount and an EGR control value, by searching the EGR control value on a map in accordance with the rotational speed, load and intake air pressure of the engine, and calculating thereof. CONSTITUTION:An air pressure type actuator 11 controls and drives an EGR valve 6 disposed in an EGR pipe 5 connecting between intake and exhaust pipes 2, 4 in accordance with an air pressure which comes up from a solenoid three-way selector valve 16, and an ECU 30 for governing the control of fuel injection amount of a fuel injection pump 20, controls the energization of a solenoid coil 17 in the three-way solenoid valve 16. Further, when the ECU 30 computes a desired control value of EGR, it receives outputs from a rotational speed sensor 26, an acceleration sensor 28, an intake-air pressure sensor 7, etc., and computes a desired fuel injection amount in accordance with the rotational speed, load, etc. of the engine. Further, with the use of a three dimensional map having these desired fuel injection amount, rotational speed and intake-air pressure as parameters, the desired control value of the EGR is calculated. |
