<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having a long primer life and capable of bonding in a short period of time at a relatively low temp. and improving adhesion to a silicone rubber, which comprises two specific org. silicon compds., an org. titanate and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. org. silicon compd. of the formula I [wherein R is an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon radical except for alkenyl; n is an integer of 1 to 3] having at least one terbutyl peroxide group bonded to Si per molecule is blended with 5-500pts.wt. org. silicon compd. of the formula II [wherein R<1> is an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon radical except for R<2>; R<2>C is a monovalent org. radical having a addition-reactive or condensation-reactive functional group; R<3> is an alkyl, aryl or alkoxyalkyl; 0<=a<=3; 0<=b<=3; 0<c<4; and 0<=a+b+c<=4] having at least two alkoxyl groups bonded to Si per molecule, 0.1-50pts.wt. org. titanate (e.g.: tetraisopropyl titanate) and an org. solvent (e.g.: toluene).</p> |
