PURPOSE:To obtain the multifunctioning resin bonded composite magnetic material on which the yoke and the like which constitutes a magnetic shield, an electrically insulated material and a magnetic circuit can be added as occasion demand by a method wherein a resin matrix, which presents the appearance of independent porous layer outside the system of a magnetic layer, is used when the titled magnetic material is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:As the resin matrix 3 which is a component of resin-bonded type magnetic layers 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b, a material having the appearance of an independent pore layer 3a outside the system of said magnetic layers is used. A hard magnetic layer with which a plurality of magnetic functions can be performed independently as occasion demands and an independently formed soft magnetic layer can be used as the above-mentioned magnetic layer. Besides, the independent polous layer 3a performs an electric insulating function and the function as a structural member, and the assembling workability can be enhanced and the function as a sliding member can be added by having a change in design as occasion demands. |
