PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks on the boundary surface between the resin seal body and the lead, and prevent the deformation of the lead, by installing the keep member corresponding with each of the leads. CONSTITUTION:Each of the leads 21 is pressed down by the keep member 30 against the supporting part 24 of the guide 23 of the body to be treated, and is fixed completely. The keep member 30 is installed corresponding with each of the leads 21. Many keep members 30 are installed corresponding with the leads 21, so the base of each lead 21 is surely fixed even in case it is not on the same surface. Moreover the elastic body 32 is installed in the base of each keep member 30, so that it is surely fixed even if the supporting part 24 wears after long-term service. Thus, the generation of cracks in the boundary surface between the resin seal body 22 and the lead 21 and the abnormal deformation of the lead 21 can be prevented, and the bending process of the lead 21 can be easily performed by the bending roller 25.
