PURPOSE:To make exact weighing and to eliminate loss by setting members in such a manner that a reagent and cleaning liquid are positioned respectively to the boundary of the hole provided to one of the members and the hole provided to the member to be superposed thereon and contg. respectively the reagents to be weighed into the holes of these superposed members. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is rotated to bring a through-hole 1a to the position where the hole connects to the apertures 2k11, 3k11 of stators 2, 3. A pipette P is then inserted into a waste liquid vessel 6 and a flow passage of a flow passage selector 7 is changed over to (a), by which the washing liquid is passed through a tube T2, the through-hole 1a, a tube T1 and the pipette P into the vessel 6. The pipette P is taken out of the vessel 6 and is stopped in the atmosphere. The selector 7 is changed over to the flow passage (b). A reagent is sucked into the hole 1a by a reagent suction pump 9. A prescribed amt. of the reagent L1 is contg. into part in the hole 1a and is also excessively (L2) contained in the very slight part in the conduit hole 2d1 of the stator 2. In addition, the reagent is so sucked that the washing liquid W intrudes into part of the hole 1a via the air layer A. The efficient and exact weighing of the prescribed amt. of the reagent is made possible. |
