PURPOSE:To accurately inform a functional abnormality of a system component device to another information processing system at a high speed, by supplying the abnormality detecting signal to another information processing system directly or via a transmission controller. CONSTITUTION:If the functional abnormality occurs with system component devices S3-Sn, the abnormality detecting signals are outputted from abnormality detectors A2-An provided to the devices S3-Sn and a transmission controller S2. These abnormality detecting signals are transmitted through signal transmission lines L2-Ln and supplied to another information processing system directly or via transmission controllers S1-S2. Thus the functional abnormality of devices S3-Sn is informed to another information processing system. Thus the abnormality of devices S3-Sn is immediately informed to device quickly a countermeasure.
