PURPOSE:To make unmanned operation of a computer possible by giving power source cut off command, supervisor state display command and supervisor state report command by a supervisor and control device basing on given and received control information, and supervising and controlling abnormal state. CONSTITUTION:A supervisor and control device 4 that received JOB completion information from a computer system 1, or abnormality control information form a self diagnosing mechanism or abnormality control information from a disaster prevention and environmental condition control apparatus 2, sends status display command corresponding to the contents of information to a supervisory warning display unit 5, and the supervisor warning display unit 5 makes the status display. The supervisor and control device 4 sends reporting command corresponding to the contents of information to an automatic informing device 6, and the automatic informing device 6 informs the destination of the contents. The supervisor and control device 4 sends power source cut off command to a computer power source supplying equipment 7 and an air conditioner control apparatus 8 and cuts off power source.
