<p>PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate control of a welding current, by arranging a waveform processing circuit which comprises an integration circuit which deforms an input waveform approximate to a welding current waveform with the voltage corresponding to the primary current as input. CONSTITUTION:AC output of an inverter 5 which has a power source circuit 1 made up of a rectification circuit 3 and a smoothing circuit 4 with transistors 51-54 connected in a bridge is applied to a welding gun 8 through a welding transformer 6 and a rectification circuit 7. Then, a waveform processing circuit 10 receives a voltage corresponding to the primary current from a current detector 9 to deform an input waveform to resemble a welding current waveform with a built-in integration circuit. Thus, a highly accurate control of the welding current can be done in a wide range of welding current value by regulating it depending on the output of the circuit 10.</p> |
