Structure in kit form of a shelter-tent, put up in the open air and having the car as a support point. It is made up of vertical tubes 5 and 6 which are fitted into each other so as to form a parallelogram which is covered with a canvas 29 in order to provide shelter from the sun, rain and wind for a weekend or during holidays, for example. The whole assembly is housed in a bag which can be placed in the boot of the car. This shelter-tent can be used in all households and is very useful for fishing and hunting. <IMAGE>
