PURPOSE:To attain a miniature input/output device by providing a supply route for picture information forms as well as continuous printing forms and supplying these forms to a picture reding part and a printing part via a single supply route. CONSTITUTION:The form guiding plates 7and 5a-5c, a form holding member 10, a platen 2 and form feed rolls 3 and 11 form a supply route for picture information forms 8. While a supply route for continuous printing forms is formed which supplies the printing forms 4a to a print head is formed with those plates 7 and 5a-5c, the member 10, the platen 2 and paper feed rolls 11, 6 and 3. Furthermore, the plates 5a-5c, the platen 2, the member 10 and rolls 3 and 11 form a common route for both supply routes for forms 8 and the continuous printing forms. When a read head is driven, the form 4a is saved from the common route and the form 8 is supplied to the read head via the common route.
